    Your Personalised Burnout Recovery Roadmap.

Recovering from burnout isn't about willpower or a single weekend off. It usually happens in four overlapping phases: Stop, Rest, Reconnect and Rebuild. This free tool asks six honest questions about your energy, connection, control, support, sleep and how long you've been struggling, then maps a phased recovery plan for where you actually are.

No account, nothing stored. The roadmap is based on common burnout recovery principles and is not a substitute for professional support — if you're severely depleted, please speak to your GP or a therapist.

    How the roadmap works

StopHalt the downward slide. Name what's happening, triage the heaviest demands, and create a protected gap to begin recovery.
RestRepair the nervous system. Prioritise sleep, gentle movement, and a small daily restorative anchor.
ReconnectRebuild relationship with yourself and others. Notice what you're drawn to and re-enter work slowly.
RebuildChange the conditions that produced burnout. Set the boundaries and support structures that prevent relapse.
